Who are we?
Empower Business Solutions, Founded in March 2013 by Emma Almansoori, offers a range of business consulting services to small and midsize businesses in Bahrain and the GCC region.


Who are we targeting?
We target startup businesses to help them with planning, developing policies and procedures and the development of the IT infrastructure. For established organizations, we perform strategic business planning to help identify areas of weaknesses and areas of strengths in the organization. We also offer all range of management skills on part time basis for small organizations that cannot afford full-time staff.
What is our main goal?
We aim to help and support local businesses by offering the highest quality of services with the most reasonable rates to cut off their costs and push them to grow in the marketplace.

Managing Director
Emma Almansoori
A graduate from University of Bahrain in BSc Accounting and Finance. She has 18 years of experience in the finance sector. She held various positions in Bahrain and Canada. She currently holds PMP and CPA certificates.

Senior Associate
Marwa Malik
A graduate from Bahrain Polytechnic in BSc Banking and Finance. She was previously working in VIVA as a retail advisor. She has a certificate in Computerized Accounting Systems.

Senior Associate
Reem Baqer
A graduate from University of Bahrain in BSc Accounting. She was previously working in BIC as an accounts assistant. She attended a course in Cashflow Modelling in Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.

Accountant Consultant
Bahja Almosawi
A graduate from Talal Abu Ghazelah University of Bahrain in BSc International Accounting. She was perviously working as an Audit intern in Deloitte & Touch Middle east.

Business Consultant
Alex Korkis
A graduate from University of Loughborough in BSc Mathematics and Accounting and Financial Management, with a MSc in International Management from University of Loughborough.

Associate
Ravi Varia
A graduate from Saurashtra University, Gujarat, in BSc Accounting and Financial Management. Currently pursing Financial Risk Management. He also got experience in working as a teacher in India.

A graduate from University of Rajasthan in Bachelor of Commerce. He has extensive audit experience gained while working with the Big4 audit firms in Bahrain. He holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) & Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management (DIRM). He, as well, holds a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist qualification from the USA.

Associate
Nji John Chrysostom
An Accounting graduate from the university of Buea (hons). He previously worked as an accountant and accounting system consultant for a tech company, reviewing accounting modules, developing and testing system mockups and proposing custom software solutions for SMEs.
